//Please note that Overlord Blockhead has decreed that:

• an extra charge will be incurred for thick hair.

• that if you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment you could be charged a cancellation fee. (we might be servants to a tyrannical dictator but were pretty reasonable) 

• if you run more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled/rescheduled and a cancellation fee could be applied. (please be considerate of blockheads that have booked after you)

• if you are unsure about which appointments to book please feel free to send us a morse code and we will reply as soon as possible.
